Bathroom is approx 3m x 4m. Currently fitted with bath, loo, basin & bidet, all of which we would like to retain if taps & loo flush can be refurbished. The walls are lined with waterproof boarding & the ceiling has tiles.
We would like to tile walls & floor, & install underfloor heating (removing existing radiator) & a 'wet room' type shower. Fit new lighting and ceiling covering (which we haven't quite worked out yet!).
The room has no extractor fan so it would seem advisable to fit one?
We are the property owners.
We have chosen tiles & shower type so could buy those ourselves.

I am having supplied a 1400 bath to fit into a recess, vanity unit, new shower enclosure with mixer shower and re-using the current wc. The bathrom needs to be completely re-tiled walls and floor, the light switch moved outside the bathroom and the radiator moved. I would also like a plasterer to make the ceiling flat.
