2 rooms of same property require upgrading by the landlord. Both suites have 20+ year old appliances which need removing and new items and fittings will be purchased in advance. No extensive plumbing reconfig or plastering needed.

Bathroom:
2.7m x 1.5m compact bathroom in good working condition but requiring an update.
To be fitted with a new bath (to slot into alcove of existing 1700 x 700mm tub), glass splash guard, electric shower, 8 square metres of tiling, extractor fan, toilet, 'floating' 600mm sink, splash guard, illuminated mirror and new flooring (tbc but likely to be vinyl). All materials will be purchased from the bathstore or Wickes

Kitchen:
3.5m x 1.8m U shaped kitchen requiring update.
All materials will be purchased and are likely to include sink, cupboards, drawers, built in fridge/freezer, oven, hob, extractor fan and vent, splash back panelling for sink and hob. New vinyl flooring also required.
Additional lighting installation may be necessary

Hi,
i moved into a house about 6 months ago and am looking to have my bathroom refurbished - i have already investigated what kind of fixtures and fittings that i would like and am looking for someone to carry out the work. i would like to source the sink, shower, shower cubical, tiles (wall and floor) grout, beading, toilet myself, what i would like is the back window wall tiled to the height of the shower, the floor tiled and the right wall tiled to the height of the shower. i need a shower cubical installed and would prefer it to be raised to avoid having to drill through the wall for a lower wastage pipe. i want new piping through the whole of the bathroom, a sink, toilet and mixer shower installed (attached to the boiler). i need the ceiling (the current one is a false ceiling) redone : the current ceiling tiles removed and it plaster boarded and spot lights fitted. additionally i would like a new radiator and door installed. what i am looking for is a quote for the instillation of the products, labour and the materials such as plaster boards, copper piping, boarding over the floor for the floor tiles, any other piping, washers, screws, sealant, and materials that wouldn't be included with the purchase of the fixtures. i am happy for you to contact me with any questions regarding this and would be happy to email photos and a plan and list of fixtures if you would like. the area to be tiled totals to around 13sqm.
all the fixtures will be replacing the existing ones. the bathroom is 354 by 137 cm approx and is in working condition with a bath rather than a shower -just very outdated

I'm looking for quotes to replace a shower in an ensuite.

The wall the shower is currently on would need re-skimming and tiling - unless a free standing shower would work on its own somehow in the same spot. The wall probably needs treating /tiling anyway.

If the price is reasonable we'd also like to replace the current sink with a new one and have a fitted cabinet unit around it.

It really needs someone to take a look as the previous shower was not fitted well and I'm hoping there's no damp behind what we can see. The tiles have unstuck and come away from the wall (where we removed the sealant) but it doesn't actually seem damp.

We haven't supplied the replacement parts and would prefer a plumber who could supply these.

We need the suite replacing (bath, shower over bath, sink, toilet), the tiles replacing and ideally the floor tiling and underfloor heating installing (if not too expensive). We haven't bought a suite, and would appreciate any guidance on this. We are happy to keep the configuration as it is. We are looking to have the following work carried out.

We are not changing the plumbing configuration, simply replacing worn sink & toilet.
