Remove all bathroom and toilet room items. Remove separating wall right up to ceiling (not a supporting wall). Remove existing tiles (presently half height tiled rooms) and flooring. Retain existing shower. Plaster where necessary walls and ceiling. Wire in 6 new ceiling lights and re-position wall switch. Wire in extractor fan above shower, shaver point near mirror and possibly a light above mirror. Remove flooring and install plumbing to new position of bath, basin and heated towel rail. Connect shower waste. Test all plumbing flows that will be covered up later. Emulsion ceiling. Lay underfloor heating system (probably electric) and test. Re-lay flooring. Tile walls and flooring. Fit mirror. Install new bath and basin (and possibly hung basin vanity unit), shower enclosure and tray, and extractor fan. Re-fit toilet. Test everything. Ongoing removal of all items from site. We are looking at dividing a ground floor room into two and installing a shower room with WHB and WC in one half with a utility room in the other half. Apart from supplying, plumbing and installing the sanitary items, as it is not just a refurb the following will be needed: -

-dividing wall to split existing room into shower room and a separate utility room
-drainage from manhole in back garden - shower room will be on eternal wall about 2-3m from manhole. I would like a new suite with vanity units, replastering walls and ceiling, tiling floor and walls (and removing old tiles), fitting extractor fan, heated towel rail and mirror. I have found tiles I like but would like a price for units and bathroom suite as I have not yet decided on these. The dimensions of the bathroom are 2.5m x 1.7m. I am looking for someone that can start within a reasonable time period (couple of months ideally).

The bathroom in our flat has a couple of problems which we need to have looked at and then have put right but we need an idea of cost first. First problem is that our shower screen leaks, so that water has got into/beneath some of the woodwork by the bath which looks like it's starting to rot. Second problem is that the bathroom door won't shut easily because (we think) water has now got under the lino, raising the strip under the door. We're considering having the lino replaced with tiles and need to know if this is a viable option.
