At present I am planning to refurbish my bathroom. Therefore I would require two quotes:

The second quote is for you to fit and plumb in the bathroom suite as well a performing any tiling painting etc. Again depending on prices/styles you could supply the bathroom suite.

My Bathroom dimensions are:
1.812m long on the bath wall, 2.312m on the opposite wall.
1.265m width at the bathroom entrance door and 1.972m at the window (opposite end to the door)

I would like the work to be performed during the week beginning 21st February 2011.

We have an en suite that needs fitting as below, the room has been stripped:
- patch walls as some plaster has come off
- install corner shower enclosure
- install electric shower , power is in the room but cold feed needs channeling in wall
- install WC in same position as before
- install corner sink
- install radiator , this needs moving to other side of room
- shaver socket to install
- 5 low voltage spot lights to install
- 19m2 of wall tiles , these are 10 x 20 size
- 2m2 of slate floor tiles , plywood floor needs to go down first

We have all parts on site , the only thing that needs suppling would be: tile adhesive, pipes , grout, plywood for floor.

Water has leaked over the years and affected lower section of wall outside of shower door - want section of wall (approx 1-2 sq.metres) stripped back, replastered and tiled (is currently papered), and section of rotted skirting board (approx 6-8 feet) replaced and painted.
House is in Steeple Bumpstead.
