Remove existing bathroom suite and existing tiles. The ground floor bathroom is quite small. The room takes a 1600 length bath and is approx. two bath widths wide.
Install new bathroom suite and taps which I will supply. The installer to supply copper pipe, (any pipes that can not be hidden to be chrome plated), service valves and sundry items. Remove existing radiator and install new towel radiator which I will supply. The bathroom walls to be tiled floor to ceiling with tiles I will supply. and the floor to be tiled with tiles I will supply. The floor is concrete. Possibly make adjustment to bathroom door once the floor tiles have been laid.
The work to be completed between 15/07/11 and 30/07/11.The installer /tiler will have uninterupted access to the bathroom during this period. All work to be of a high standard. Possible additional work is available in my other properties if I'm happy with the standard of work. Access for the preparation of the quotation to be arranged at a convenient time with the tenant .
