Nearly all materials have been purchased, but due to a builder letting me down Friday evening when work was to commence on Monday 12th not 100% sure everything he asked for me to buy (plumbing wise) is correct. Remove bath, toilet and basin. Retile the floor and all 4 walls floor to ceiling. The floor is currently tiled and the walls are partially tiled. Re-install the existing toilet and basin. Install a shower enclosure where the bath used to be without a shower tray but replacing the bath waste with a waste sunk into the tiled floor. Install a bar style mixer shower inside the enclosure. Replace the existing basin taps with new. Floor area is 1.8 x 2.4 metres. Wall area is approx 10.5 sq metres. We will buy the tiles, shower enclosure and taps so the quote is for Labour and materials (tile cement, pipework). The property is bungalow with a combi boiler in an airing cupboard on the same level as the bathroom.
