Destruct Existing inc. ceiling (Remove sanitary ware & bath), Move Toilet Waste/Pipework, Health Check/Re-wire electrics (add.shaver point), Install new pipework for shower & towel rail, Install new ceiling (increased height) w/lights (3xLED & 1xShower Extractor light), Tile Floors & Walls to Shower Enclosure height, Install new wc/cistern, basin/wall hung unit, shower tray, glass screen, shower arm & fixed head & concealed valves (to be plumbed from boiler below), install heated towel rail in lieu of radiator, paint touch ups may be required. Some joiner work may be required to create ledge behind basin & toilet - Advice required on whether possible due to space.

Bathroom approximately = 1.4m x 2.4m

We have recently purchased a house in Kintore and, time permitting, are keen to have the bathroom refitted before we move in (approximately a 3.5 to 4 week window). We intend to remove old bathroom suite, so work would include fitment of shower bath, electric shower, vanity unit with attached sink and toilet, radiator plus fitment of new radiator, install new tiling etc. Haven't yet purchased new suite or other materials.
