I am planning to convert my single garage into a bedroom + Shower room. I need an architect to prepare drawings and deal with council for building regs.

I require a service to guide me through the planning process. Drawing plans and submitting all applications to the council, i.e a full service for planning from start to finish.

I am not looking for a design consultancy as I know what I want building, I am open to advise if there are better options to my design for the same/cheaper price. I literally just require a shell building (approx 5m x 5m) with a flat roof and there are no structural changes to the property (i.e. no load bearing walls to be removed). All internal work I will be doing myself.

I require the drawings in order to obtain highly accurate quotes from builders and the architect to process the whole planning application in order to have the extension built.

Job Description

I need some plans and drawings created to facilitate all necessary aprovals to build an extension to the back of a mid-terraced house. The new extension plus the existing kitchen to be made into an open plan kitchen/diner. The extension will be single storey to maximum allowable length and width.
