Job Description

I currently have a separate dining room to my kitchen which leads to the garden. I can't be in the garden & see my kids if they are inside as the living room is at the front of the house. What I would like to do is to create an open plan space between the kitchen & dining room but keeping with the same theme that is currently in the dining room.

Just off the kitchen there is a downstairs toilet & I'd like to keep this but will need ideas on how to incorporate it. I'd also like to open up the doors onto the garden (there is currently 1 door & a lot of windows, would like this to change to sliding double doors).

I'd also like the current dining room side to have a sofa & TV in it, this is mainly so I can keep an eye on the kids whilst making dinner etc. My husband needs to be sold on this idea as he absolutley loves the dining room - even though we barely use it. He can't visualise how any of this would work so what I need is someone with ideas who can present them visually to him.

Plans required for the following:
1. A kitchen redevelopment and extension
2. The creation of a bathroom and an en-suite from a separate bathroom and toilet.
