I hear from the neighbour that building control of Southwark council does not have to go through with the council anymore. They outsourced the building control work to external companies which are easier to deal with. If anyone has the right skills and experiences to help me, please could you give me a quote?

I have to apply to the freeholder of the building for a licence to alter for this wall removal. Other flats with the same layout have applied successfully so I know it is not weight bearing.
