We require the following drawings for a planning permission application we are submitting for a single storey ground floor rear extension. The following drawings are required:
- Existing and proposed plan
- Existing and proposed side and rear elevation
- A roof plan/first floor plan to show the roof of the proposed extension
The extension will be 3150mm wide by 1300mm wide by 2480mm high with a flat roof and one double glazed window. We would prefer the person doing the plans to come and take measurements. The extension will be constructed in blockwork with a external rendered finish. The original house is a victorian terrace.

I have to apply to the freeholder of the building for a licence to alter for this wall removal. Other flats with the same layout have applied successfully so I know it is not weight bearing. The service I require from the architect is to draw plans of the current and proposed layout with and without the wall. I need a quote for this job. My budget is limited so will go with the best offer.

I am just looking for drawings that a builder can use in order to build from. This level of detailed drawing can also be used by be to get pass building control.

I will be able to get all measurements and information you ask me for if your not close enough for an on site survey . I just need you to tell me what you need.

I have attached the current floor plan to enable you to issue a quote. I trust that the detailed information can be provided after someone is instructed.

I am looking to add a single storey block built extension and front porch. The house is currently rendered and so the blocks will be rendered.

I hope the full building survey that will be available soon will give more information. If the person that wants to work with me on this project can let me know off anything else I should be getting from the survey I will order it from the building survey.

The only thing my other half is insisting on is that the roof construction is not flat and is tiled.

We are after a simple design that builders will find easy :-)

And the proposed opening on the current back wall will only be 2.5 meters. The back wall of the room that is currently the Lounge on the floor plan is where the opening is needed.

I'm considering the following possible developments to my two-bedroom upper maisonette in Haynes Close, Blackheath, London SE3:
