Domestic extension. Planned double storey side extension of a 3 bed semi-detached house. Also small extension to the rear to enlarge existing kitchen. Advice, suggestions and technical drawings required.

Job Description

Currently have a small conservatory to the rear of the house and a driveway to the side. I would like to build a garage and a half (for a car and for some storage) on the driveway. I would also like to knock down the conservatory and build a larger conservatory or extension to the rear that wraps round the side of the house. I have not submitted drawings for planning.
