Currently have a small conservatory to the rear of the house and a driveway to the side. I would like to build a garage and a half (for a car and for some storage) on the driveway. I would also like to knock down the conservatory and build a larger conservatory or extension to the rear that wraps round the side of the house. I have not submitted drawings for planning.

Our current kitchen extension of approx 6 foot by 3 foot is built of single brick and upvc cladding. It's very cold and wasn't planned properly by the previous owner.
We would like to knock down the current extension and have it rebuilt approx 4 metres by 6 metres in an 'L' shape. We would also like the extension to have a pitched roof so rain water can be taken care of.
It would involve having upvc Windows and a door implementing.
We also require advise on planning permission for such a project too.
