Job Description
A 4 bedroomed semi-house which requires modernisation. The fourth bedroom is in the loft and does not have a dormer so I would like to add one.
A small extension needed at the back of the house and to open up the kitchen and dining area. Structural Calculations will be required for this.
Plans needed for the builders to work from and pass planning if required and building regs.
