We are looking for a builder to visit a property we are close to purchasing to give us a quote on work we want to do. Property is located on Clare Road, central Maidenhead.

We want to;
- Move the bathroom from back of house on ground floor to upstairs.
- Convert existing kitchen and bathroom into a new larger kitchen.
- Install staircase for access to existing loft room (currently accessed by ladder)
- Loft room requires flooring and possibly a larger Velux window (velux window does exist at the moment)
- Other minor work may also be necessary.

We are viewing the property 10am on Friday morning so need responses before then and hope you will be able to view the property with us for quotes and advice.
