Job Description

we are going to be doing a small side return single storey extension and need someone to submit this for buildings regs.

we have a plan of the house already drawn up (this was used as a plan for a loft conversion) if this would make it easier?

we would need 1 external wall removed and one internal one removed (I dont think this is load bearing or if it is support is already in place)

we would also like to have a large rear window/bi-fold doors at the back of the property drawn into the plans for the future.

We need the final product to be an approved design that we can give to a builder and they will know what specification to build to.
