Job Description
Recently the shower and taps in our bathroom is giving out cold water only. Even if we turn the dial to it's hottest capacity, it is still giving out cold water. The heating works fine. All heaters have been bled, so we doubt it's a problem to do with air.
Please can you suggest what the problem may be and give us a quote -we would like to get it sorted this weekend.

Dilip came down free of charge to assess our problem within hours of talking to him for the first time. His knowledge of combi boilers appeared to be of a high standard and he seemed to know what he was talking about in comparison to others, which is why we decided to go with him.
Dilip arranged to come down the next day (despite the fact that it was a bank holiday weekend). He was accurate, punctual (phoned if he was going to be slightly delayed) and brought a colleague with him to help.
We were quoted a fair price and he got the job done much quicker than we originally thought it would take (considering british gas couldn't solve our problem - even after 3 attempts!)
Thanks to Dilip, we now have hot water in the house and are able to once again take warm showers! We have no problem in recommending his services.
