Remove gas wall hung boiler located on outstairs wall in kitchen and replace in same position with combi supplied by myself. Property is modern 2 bed terrace in Parnwell, Peterborough.

I will supply boiler myself probably Ferroli Combi. I would like you to supply other fittings as required.

Property is let. Arranging access to property is via letting agents.
