Boiler restart and fix of sink leak

(Potterton) boiler seems to be on (red light) but won't start (light turns green when button held down, but goes out again when button released). Heating therefore not working and hot water running out.
Plus kitchen sink leaking - pipes may be twisted/damaged and/or leak may be as a result of blockage.
Gas Safe Register-certified only please.
