To fully overhaul the toilet cistern tank which is situated behind a false wall.

Access is slightly restricted.

Very high quality fittings are required to repair the flush paddle mechanism and side entry valve.

Preferably high wearing metal components should be fitted. NOT PLASTIC BALL VALVE ETC.

Work should be done so that leaks do not appear for many years of heavy usage.
