James was delayed in arriving at my house, due to the snow and ice conditions. However, he called me hours before the appointment to tell me he was running late. He also called me telling me updates on his progress while traveling to my house.

He was polite and asked the right questions to diagnose the problem. He was very thorough and gave useful advice to make the functioning of my boiler moire efficient.

I was glad that he actually solved a problem I had had with the boiler since it was installed. I couldn't fault his work and will be calling him again for future plumbing work.
