Bathroom
Move a bidet closer to the toilet approx 4 inches
fill gap and seal both toilet and bidet
fill around mirror and seal
finish fixing radiator in bathroom with chrome pipe
move bathroom cupboard to ceiling about 8 inches
add doors to cupboard
finsih grouting in bathroom
fill aorund mirror in bathroom
paint bathroom ceiling including in shower area
add shaving socket cover will need cutting into stone tiles connection is there
Kichen
add three intergrated doors to fridge freezer, and dishwasher
add five handles to kitchen doors
look at wiring in kitchen and tidy and make good
add plinth lights in kitchen
connect hob
connect cooker
Tidy radiator in kitchen may mean adding new pipes ie chrome
paint back door
paint kitchen celing
add three end boards to kitchen units
cut four shleves for kitchen cupboards
connect ligt chandelier in kitchen
Aadd trim around cupbaards approx 2mtr
tidy hood ( silicone needs removing andmaking goo)
complete wine cooler fitting
plumb in new washer dryer before addding door and hanfle
Dinning area
fix three electric sockets covers
fit ariel cover
fit back box on light socket and fix dimmer cover
paint dining area in white emulsion
fix two grilles to radiator cover
fit drawes in cupboard ( this is a wardrobe but needs fitting properly)
add cubes to make shelving for towels and linen in second alchove
fit cutain rail which will mean fixing wood whcih is already painted white
movecoving and box to encase curtain rail
Hall
fit two radiator grilles and fix to wall
fit back boxes on dimmer socket and fix to wall
sand walls and re paint using emulsion
fit curtain rail above front door for curtain
paint celing and fill hole in ceiling where chandelier was moved
Hall cupbaord
box all electrics in make tidy
move coat rail forward to allow more space for clothes to hand
add two shelves
Bedroom
fix three electric sockets supplied
fix wood to ceiling
fix curtain rails x 2 to wood for curtains
cut radiator cover dow to fit under window
paint walls with emuslsion
tidy alcove area in bedroom make remove bracket and fill gaps and paint
Doors
Fit handles to six doors ilever type
oak doors need tidying after being fitted lack marks
and possibly need sainding or advising on
Sitting room
fit pelmet for cutains possibly in five pieces
finish radiator covers three together need making tidy and filling and painting
wires need tidying on two tables ie lamp ligt wires to be concealed
advise on hpw to use second dimmer switch to best advantage
walls to be painted and filled where needed
Outside light
needs repainteing
