Firstly, I hired James primarily because he showed deep knowledge when he appraised the work and above all, politeness towards the customer. Quality of work was excellent. Despite the job becoming awkward and complicated due to pump failure, James was able to liaise with Salamander engineers in a very professional manner which earned their respect. They commented on the neatness of his piping work as top quality. The job took longer than expected which cost James other jobs on the day. He didn't change the quoted amount and remained a true gentleman/ professional to the end. I will be asking him to do a few more jobs for me in the near future. Good trademen are hard to find; decent ones are even harder. I recommend James unreservedly.
