Job Description
My Main 24 HE gas boiler has developed a fault: blockage of the
condensate drain or trap (according to the user manual), the burner basically won't light. The boiler is 2-3 years old and never had a problem.
I also need a landlord's gas safety certificate for the boiler and the gas hob. I already have a quote for that, so if you like, please give me two quotes: one for doing the repair only, and one for including the certificate for the boiler and gas hob.

It turned out the previous gas engineer (I got him through Homeserve, not mybuilder.com) had done a really dodgy job, and as a result my existing boiler needed replacing. James not only replaced the boiler with a much better one, but repaired and replaced some of my pipe work. He explained everything very well and didn't rip me off in any shape or form. On the contrary, these guys did a fantastic job for a good price. I now understand what's important about combi boilers and what to look out for when you get one installed or replaced. I would recommend James Gas Services to anyone.
