Will contain a toilet, shower & hand basin. 1300mm window.
Flat roof to adjoin an existing extension.
A double door to be installed from kitchen into lounge.
Two windows to be installed in utility room.
Level of kitchen floor to be raised appx 30mm. (existing floor is concrete.)
Drawings available to collect, site needs to be seen.

New extension(toilet/shower) Extensions "Neil Browne is a good worker, keeps going all the time 7 days a week. Very friendly. The only problem he had was his electrician continuously let him down hence the job took longer than he promised. I think he has now addressed that situation. I would use him again and in fact he is coming back to do some work in the capping of an unwanted pond. There will be other work for him in the future from me. "
