Complete refit of bathroom and en suite shower room.
Bathroom 215cm x 174cm
Removal of bath, sink and WC. Walls and ceiling plastered and walls tiled to just below window. floor tiled. New bath, sink and WC fitted. New rad fitted. New taps on sink and bath to be fitted. (bath taps with hair wash shower attachment). Central ceiling light to be fitted. Edge of bath, sink and flooring to be sealed.
En-Suite 215cm x 134cm
Removal of shower cubicle, sink and WC. Walls and ceiling plastered and tiled in shower area and behind hand basin. Floor to be tiled. New shower base and sliding shower door to be fitted plus sink, WC and taps. Re boxing of pipes behind WC and hand basin required. New electric shower to be fitted. Central ceiling light to be fitted. Edge of shower tray, hand basin and floor to be sealed.

Complete refit of bathroom and en suite "Mark and Lee Anderson refitted our bathroom and shower room and we are so pleased with the results. At our first meeting when we discussed what we would like, they were keen to work with us all the way from start to finish. They promptly came back with a realistic quote and explained any costs that we may not have thought of. They started work on the date that they gave us. The job included replacing all the old plumbing as well as floorboards and replastering of walls. They worked methodically and cleaned up at the end of each day. The tiling was carried out before the suites were fitted and we were consulted about every decision that had to be made. Mark and Lee are very professional as well as friendly and approachable.
