Job Description
First floor flat.
Wooden bathroom window is alongside shower. Water has begun to rot frame. Need window frame replacing (approx 1m by 1m) with more water resistant solution, such as UPVS window, and U shaped shower rail fitted to prevent further water landing on sill.
Also, laminate flooring in different room has just begun to buckle. Fitted 5 years ago, so suspect water ingress or blocked air brick. Cause needs to be identified and remedied.
Need contractors to visit property in Brixton, London on Sat 7 Nov to quote.
