Remove all kitchen tops and replace
Remove sink unit & taps and replace
Remove oven/hob unit and replace
Even up floor where necessary
Remove cupboard & end panel under sink and install/connect slim-line dishwasher
Install new refrigerator
Reinstall washing machine
Remove tiles from kitchen and replace over sink and oven only
Skim walls and repaint
*Replace cupboard doors
*Replace kitchen door (internal)
*Replace light fitting

BATHROOM
Remove all tiles
Re-plaster (½ wall) & tile behind basin and bath only
Remove basin/taps/pedastal and replace
Seal bath
Remove Dado rail
