We're looking to knock through a downstairs wall between kitchen and dining room.
It is not a fully supporting wall, but does help to support the stair return above - so will require a light steel/support.
Wall is approx 2.5m long. Timber joists, infilled with single layer of brick.
Job is to remove wall and supply and fit the steel.
We will deal with removal of rubble and subsequent plasterboarding.
