Lead pipes run from the back of the fireplace across the wall to the loft area where there used to be a copper boiler.I want to remove the pipes, replaster the wall and convert the old boiler cupboard into a store cupboard.
This is an upper flat in a 2 storey building which is 100+ years old. It is now heated by a combi boiler system
& the old pipes have been sealed off.
