1930s garage attached to house. Has rear window that we'd like converted into a door.
Have freeholders written authority and council authority to proceed without planning authority so long as door complies to following - (a) not wider than window opening and (b) if any structural lintel replacement is required it must be like for like.
Can e-mail photographs prior to making quote, if required.
