Job Description
• Fit 2 new windows (Supplied)
• Overboard & skim ceiling
• Fit insulated platerboard on 2 external walls
• Fit extractor (Supplied)
• Replace & reposition radiator (Supplied)
• Tile walls (7' x 8' x 8') (Tiles,beading, grout & adhesive supplied)
• Fit Shower screen (Supplied)
• 4 Down lights
• Build full height cabinet (600mm wide) (Doors supplied)
• Wiring for Mirror with light over basin
• Fit Mixer shower & Riser rail (Supplied)
• Ply/hardboard floor
• Fit WC, Bath, Basin (Semi ped) & taps (Supplied)
Typical 30's semi. Current bathroom refitted 10 years ago. Tiled around bath. One wall will need squaring up. All replacement items in same position as current ones except radiator which will need moving approx 2 feet.
