Job Description
Dimensions are approximately 15ft length by 10ft wide
Job quotation to be broken down to:
Cost of foundation and footing preparation.
To include removal of decking and all rubbish
Removal of part of fencing to make way for new 6ft or so high side wall (as conservatory window on this side would be wasted as up against neighbour fence).
Cost of dwarf walls elsewhere but allowing for bi-folding doors to open up the width of the conservatory
Electrics and lighting
Underfloor heating
Automatically powered blinds
