Job Description
Quote needed for job including labour and materials. The room is approx 11 ft x 10ft at its widest (L shaped room) and 8 ft x 10 ft at its smallest. All the walls will need a light skim so that they are good enough to paint onto. The walls are in good condition with just hairline cracks and the odd small hole. There was woodchip wallpaper on the walls previously, but this has now all been removed, apart from behind the small radiator. This would need to be removed too. The room has laminate flooring so there is no carpet to take out. Depending on price I may like the artex ceiling done too but at the moment I only require the walls to be done. I am not working at the moment so there can always be someone at home so I am flexible with when to arrange for the job to be done, although Friday, Saturday or Sunday is preferrable.
