Chimneys job in London
Chimney requires capping

The Chimney pots have been removed on the rear 2 storey extension and were not capped at the time. The chimney is dripping into the roofspace.
The chimney needs capping.
Access to the rear extension is only through the house / or over the roof. i.e.you cannot take a ladder larger than 7/8' through the house.
