Job Description
Dining room: one wall wallpaper (walls have been stripped), 3 walls paint. Fit a new light, possibly a new radiator. Fit wooden flooring.
Living room: One wall wallpaper, 3 walls paint. Fit 3 wall lights and new ceiling light.
Potentially; new walls and flooring in hallway.

Lorenz and his team did a great job on redecorating my living room, dining room, hallway and upstairs bedroom. The quote provided was very reasonable; much less than some of the others i had obtained. The team were very punctual every day, friendly, and took care of every detail. The preparation was done well and they made every effort to keep the house clean, and left it spotless after the job was complete. They carried out small extra jobs at no cost, and when i did request some extra substantial work done, Lorenz provided a quote beforehand, which was in line with the previous quote, and the team managed to fit the extra tasks into the original timeframe (staying late a few evenings to ensure the work would be completed).
I would not hesitate to recommend Lorenz and his team to my friends and hope to hire them again when i decide to do the remaining rooms in the house. Overall, i'm very pleased. - ag2907 9th Jul, 2012
