Damp assessing and resolving to approx 6ft x 2ft area - Damp Proofing job in Sheffield, South Yorkshire

I have an area of damp in the living room. I believe this to be penetrating damp due to the rendering on the brick work however i am not an expert and this would need inspecting. Our house was built around 1935 and it just affects the living room about 12 sq meters. Please quote including labour and materials however I do believe it would need to be viewed to provide an accurate quote. There is mould in the damp area also if that aids you in identifying this.
