Job Description
Structural and architectural modifications to develop existing kitchen and dining room into an integral open plan single space kitchen/dining room.
The supply of all materials, plant and labour to carry out all necessary demolition, structural building and finishing works including all services diversions and installation of new utilities (gas, water, electric, plumbing and central heating systems) to provide the works in accordance with the scope of works, drawings and specification for installation of fitted kitchen by others.
Building consent has been applied for and should be granted soon
