Job Description
Living room is around 24 sqm, hallway 3sqm.
Will be click system, engineered wood.
Both are carpeted currently.
Will need to be beaded.
Will also need sound proof underlay.
I will provide materials.
I need to get this done ASAP.
If you need to view I can show you on either Friday morning or Saturday morning (15th, 16th).
I'd also like some painting and decorating done of my flat. The living room walls may need to be stripped and re-plastered as well as painted. Would like quote on this too.

Hired Flaviu to do:
1. Laying down engineered flooring on period flat.
2. Remove old wallpaper and re-plaster walls.
3. Re-Paint flat.Did a very good job. Good price. Speedy and hard working. Good communication throughout.
Overall very pleased.
Would definitely recommend and hire again if necessary.Ying
