Job Description
Various jobs in a 2 bedroom flat in Isle of Dogs (currently unoccupied). Mouldy mastic around bath & sink needs replacing. Panel on bath needs painting as does bathroom door. Kitchen window sill needs rotten wood to be filled, new mastic & painting. Window sills in both bedroom also need painting.

Pav advised that the bathroom should be re-tiled and we agreed what seemed to me to be a fair price. I asked him to choose the floor and wall tiles and I was pleased with his choice. The work was done to a good standard. Pav understandably wants to get money upfront for materials and prefers to be paid in cash at the end of the job.
