Job Description
We are looking for a quote on a 'shell' conversion of our loft space. Thus only the structural alterations are required. The intention being to progress to 'habitable / liveable' status in stages after this, so the work to this stage also needs to conform to building regs.
i.e. Strengthening the joists / beams where appropriate, adding flooring, windows and a fixed staircase.
• The property is a bungalow. Very rough measurements make the space around 11m x 6m (useable space will be less than this).
• Windows to be of the Velux type with no alterations to the existing roof shape.
• No existing plumbing / tanks to relocate.
