We could not have been more happy with the service we recived from Richard. He was very professional and always kept us up to date with progress and was on site when he said he would be. Due to his experience and our lack of we relied on his opinion a lot and he never let us down. Our bathroom looks amazing and we will certainly use Richard again in the future.
