The flat needs repainting, a new false ceiling of plasterboard in the bathroom, exchange of the wash basin in the bathroom, a little laminate flooring, a little tiling & re-grouting & re-siliconing & painting.

Tibor mainly project-managed my job sourcing relevant workers as & when necessary. However, he had too many jobs on at the same time. As a result there was poor attention to detail & I had to constantly make snag lists & push to get them addressed. Ended up getting the job done on time but not completely to my satisfaction (a few elements of the job were quality-compromised).

Yes we have a natural feed back from one costumer ,
When I take a contract , All materials providing by home owner ,
a problem start when he bring to us , old no name paints from his shed
I told him it is a bad quality paint , I prefer to use ONLY quality paint ,
not some rubbish paint , so of course quality is not there ,
and also , he want us to replacing some tiling in a bathroom
so he brink some tiling, what is not a same white as existing
I told him it not a same what he told us He want to sale a property
and don't want to spend money ,
my team have only experienced tradesman' , over 6 years ,
we never have any problems like that ,
