Job Description
I own 1 bed room ground floor flat which has been converted from a detached house. There is a load bearing wall between kitchen and the reception room at rear. I would like to knock through the wall with opening of 3.5m wide X 2.2m high.
The builder does the structural work like putting beam and props then I myself will do the finishes to reduce the cost.
thanks,
