We spoke on the phone and made an arrangement at 15.30 in order for Paul to provide me with a quote for a loft conversion.
However, after waiting till 16.30, I called Paul to see where he was but the phone rang out. I am sure there would have been a reasonable explanation, but after taking time off work to get these quotes, I found it quite annoying. - jayjay_75 27th Apr, 2012

I did try to book another time to visit but got no reply. Unfortunately my van broke down & RAC took over 75minutes to get to me. Very sorry to have let you down, I guess it was to be at my loss....Sorry again. Paul
