Job Description
Own home which is a true 3 bed dormer bungalow, already have extension on side of house and house and house is about 60 years old and is in good condition. I would like my kitchen updated and ? my small utility room to be opened up (non supporting wall) to make kitchen brighter and bigger. If it is not possible to open the utility room up I would like more storage in the utility room and suggestions on better layout.
If you are able to open up the utility room I will need electric cooker and Gas hob moving as it is currently on the wall that will be removed.
I bought my kitchen units from B & Q 6 years ago Traditional Oak, B & Q also fitted the kitchen so would like the units matching up if possible. I understnad B & Q still do the units so you should be able to get hold of them.
I'm unsure if you can still get the worktop to match if so would like to keep the same one if not the whole work tops will need changing.
If the wall comes out I will need new floor covering ? what to have so i am open to suggestions.
The job will involve a little plumming as all my pipes, stop cock are in the utility room. Utility room is only small about 5 foot by 6 foot. I would like suggestions for the best way to get optimal use of the space.
Coving all around the kitchen will need to be sorted on completion of changes along with a new light fitting to match the existing one in main kitchen and then the kitchen will need to be painted.
Of particular note I have no access to the rear of my house other then through the house. However there is a big drive at front to accomodate van and there is ample space at rear of the house for a working area.
Non smoker prefered.

Paul stepped in at short notice when my previous builder unfortunatley let me down. All the work was carried out efficiently and the workers were always helpful and friendly. I am very satisfied with the workmanship and guidance given through the refurbishment of my kitchen and i would hire this tradesman again and also recommend to friends.
