Job Description
Supporting wall removed between 2 sitting rooms RSJ to be installed
Supporting wall moved approx 2 feet in another room and RSJ to be installed
Re plastering of 3 rooms 20x12, 12x12 and 4x7
Wiring kitchen in prep for installation of new kitchen
Quote to include labour and materials

Patrick and his team did a great job. He undertook refurbishment of my home which involved removal of 2 supporting walls and installation of steel, digging out and laying of new floor, relocation of downstairs WC. All was done in line with building regulations. Patrick remained in constant contact with me and building control to ensure that the work was in line with current requirements. He then coordinated and managed the plastering, plumbing and electrical work. Patrick managed the first and final fix of all joinery work - including door frames and doors. Patrick is very easy to work with and has the ability to finding solutions to issues as they arise and resolve them in a timely manner. He is reliable and turns up to the job daily and on time!!! A very positive experience, and will use him and his team for any future projects.
