Job Description
Please provide me with a quote for the above job (for a medium size semi to all 3 walls). Please provide me with a quote for material and labour, all inclusive please.
I can provide you with NBS spec which we submitted as a part of the bigger building control application (full plans aplication is approved now).
The key/brief informations and requirements are:
- existing walls 100mm brick, 50mm cavity (with loose cavity wall insulation), 100mm brick; externally repointed in 2004.
- existing wall ties - very few of them randomly distributed - tb retained; some bulging to walls occured but it is not dramatic
- proposed system: Ancon RM63 resin mech remedial wall tie
- proposed spacing: 600mm horizontal centres, 450mm vertical centres
- make good of insertion holes etc

Damp Tech has recently installed remedial cavity wall ties in my 1930s semi, to all 3 walls. The job was required by my mortgage lender as one of the 2 mortgage conditions. Damp Tech gave me a very competitive quote. They did the job quickly (it took about 5 hours) and provided me with necessary paperwork for the mortgage lender, as well as 30 year warranty certificate.
