Job Description
Would like to hire a local builder to build a contemporary (modern looking) insulated studio in my garden not greater than 24sq.m. Budget of £10-12k max.
Not a brick work. It will have a small shower and toilet facility with a kitchenette. The only furniture that will be in the structure is a sofa-bed. I can email you a sample of the type of building .
Quote to include labour and materials.
Please note I have already received quotes from larger established firms but wondered if the job can be done by a local instead for a fraction less.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Andy and his team. I was blown beyond my expectations of the job delivered. Indeed, I am yet to come across any other bunch of professional work men who refuses to compromise on the high standards set for their deliverables. I had not reason to interface with Andy’s workmen as he organised all the activities involved. He worked with me from the planning stage to the very last task, accommodating my requests and paying attention to all details... Although the work was done during my absence, the workmen were dedicated, considerate of my neighbours and always left my property a very tidy state. Andy and his team delivered both on budget and time which is a rarity in recent era of the building industry. With these guys, I have restored faith in the building industry and I have definitely found myself a builder for life.
I am more than happy to show-off Andy’s work to any interested would be client of Andy.
