Job Description
Photo below was taken when I first moved into the house. There's 1 massive hole at the front, a smaller hole above it, another hole at the side (pipe side), and random small screw sized holes all over. Since then, I've glued pieces of MDF boards over the larger holes, which should come off easily enough.
All holes needs covering up properly (as currently, the living room is very cold with draughts coming from that area). No idea how to go about this, eg. bricks, plasterboard, expanding foam perhaps?... any suggestions?
After all the holes are sorted, the area needs tidying up, I'm guessing the wallpaper will need to go (to tie in with the filled holes), and painted over a few times.
How long would the job take? Can it be done at the weekends? As I work weekdays.

We had an old chimney / fireplace area with holes that needed bricking up, and plastering over. Kenny quoted the best, and most affordable price compared to other tradesmen.
